Erika Schroth founded permanent·es in 2003 after various engagements in international companies.
Permanent.es derives from the German words: management of personnel and development of personnel Erika Schroth. Her work is based on the principle to strengthen the competitiveness of companies by applying integrated and innovative solutions in human resource management.
Already as a student at the University of Mannheim she felt the passion for human resource and organizational development, as well as diversity management. As an experienced HR Interim Manager and Executive Consultant she advises in periods of change.
She brings the “state of the art” in Human Resources into the companies. Thereby companies can increase their appeal as an employer. Instruments to reach this goal can be professionalization in HR processes, introduction of forward-looking topics such as talent management, eRecruiting, HR branding or diversity management.
